You can pick up an application at any of the units we have available for rent, or you can download the application below. We accept completed applications via email at timsrentals@gmail.com or we will come and pick it up when you are done. Just call Tim at 815-988-4004 to schedule a time that works for everyone.
There is a $20 application fee for each adult (18 years and older) who will be living in the house so a credit/background check can be run (i.e. 1 adult- $20, 2 adults-$40, 3 adults-$60, etc.). This fee can be made online via any of the payment methods on listed on the website or in cash when the application is picked up.
Please make sure to fill out the application completely so we can serve you more efficiently. Once we have received the completed application, proof of income, utility bills, and $20 application fee for all adults listed on the application we can begin our reviewing process and we will typically get back to you within 24-48 hours.
